1. What is the CG Costume Payment Plan?

We understand how much you value your passion for cosplay. At CG Costume, we believe that nothing should stand between you and your dreams, certainly not financial constraints. That's why we introduced our flexible Payment Plan - an easy, stress-free way to break up your payments over time, ensuring your dream cosplay costume is always within reach.

 

2. Do I have to pay anything up front?

With our payment plan, you have the flexibility to decide how much money you would like to pay each month or how many installments you prefer for the total payment. However, please note that a 50% deposit is required for the first payment batch. You can choose to pay more in one month and skip others if needed. Alternatively, you can pay the deposit first and clear the remaining balance before shipping. The payment plan is designed to be flexible and manageable, so you never have to worry about missing a payment.

 

3. How does the Payment Plan work?

At the moment, the option to pay in full at checkout is only available. If you wish to opt for the payment plan, please use this link: https://www.cgcostume.com/store/products/link-for-deposit-or-commission-or-payment-plan Make a note of the item you would like to order and provide details about your payment plan for the remaining balance. Our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm the details.

 

4. Is there any interest on these payments?

Absolutely not! Our goal is to enhance your cosplay experience, not burden you. Our Payment Plan is 0% interest - you only pay for what you purchase, not a penny more. Isn't that a relief?

 

5. What happens if I miss a payment?

We understand life can sometimes throw curveballs, causing unforeseen circumstances. If you're unable to make a payment on its due date, we'll send a friendly reminder your way. If payment continues to be missed, we will need to put your order on hold until the outstanding payments are made. Remember, we're in this journey together!

 

6. Can I pay off my balance early?

Definitely! The cosplay spirit is all about freedom and creativity. You have complete control over your payments. If you wish to pay off your balance early, you can do so without any penalties. Just log into your CG Armors account, and follow the steps under 'My Payment Plans'. Let's keep the fun and flexibility in your cosplay journey!

 

7. Can I cancel my Payment Plan?

Life's unpredictable, and we get that. If you need to cancel your Payment Plan, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact us to process.
