Processing and Crafting Time:

All of our cosplay costume are meticulously handcrafted to ensure the highest level of quality. As a result, we do not keep a stock of pre-made items. Please understand the timeline for your orders:

• Crafting Time: Once an order is placed, it takes between 8-30 days to handcraft each piece. This duration ensures that each costume meets our stringent quality standards and is tailor-made for you.

Shipping Time: After crafting is complete: DHL takes 3-8 business days to arrive.

Please consider both the crafting and shipping times when placing your order, especially if you're ordering for a special event or date. We deeply appreciate your patience and promise that the quality and craftsmanship will be well worth the wait!

Worldwide Shipping:

At CGcostume, we proudly cater to a global audience and offer worldwide shipping for our cherished customers. Whether you're based in Tokyo, Paris, New York, or anywhere else on the globe, we'll ensure your cosplay reaches you. Kindly note that shipping durations might vary based on your destination. Additionally, there may be customs and import fees which the buyer is responsible for. If your region has specific import restrictions or requirements, we advise checking with local customs before making a purchase.

Need to Cancel? We’re Here to Help!
We totally get it – plans change. If you spot an error in your order, just reach out to us ASAP. We're here and ready to listen! It would be best if you could let us know within 24 hours for a full refund. If it's after that but within 5 days, we can still return half of what you paid. Bear in mind, we start crafting your unique cosplay costume right away, which means materials are sourced and our team gets to work.

Understanding Extra Costs
The price you see is solely for the costume. Additional expenses like taxes, shipping fees, and other import costs? They're on you. But, if you'd like advice or a different declared value for customs, just ask! Just a heads up, if customs holds onto your package, our hands are tied.

Measure Twice, Order Once!
Double-check those measurements before confirming your order. We craft based on what you give us, and if there's an error, it becomes challenging to rectify later. If there’s a sizing issue, the decision on how to proceed is up to us.

Our Prices and Promos
Heads up, our prices might fluctuate. Unfortunately, we can't offer price matches or refunds if something goes on sale after your purchase. But, if for some reason we can't deliver your costume due to unforeseen glitches, don’t sweat it - you’ll get store credit.

Let's Talk Returns, Refunds, andExchanges
Did our team slip up on the size? Our bad! Inform us within 24 hours of receiving your item, and return it in its original state using a courier that offers international tracking. When we get it back, we'll process a full refund on the costume’s price.

Got a custom-sized costume? Here's a thingto note: Custom-sized items are a special creation just for you. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind or have no use for the costume anymore. We put a lot of love and effort into ensuring it's perfect for you!

Changed your mind on a non-custom-sizeditem? It happens. If you inform us within 24 hours of receiving your cosplay
costume and we're on the same page about the return, send it back our way. Once it arrives in its original condition, expect a refund of between 40% to 50% of the purchase price.

A quick note: all shipping costs forreturns and any extra charges are on you. And if you opt for regular shipping for your return, refunds get a tad complicated.
