These charges are the customer's responsibility and are typically collected upon delivery. If you would like to declare a lower value for customs, please contact us. However, please be aware that CGcostume cannot be held responsible if the package is held by customs due to a lower declared value based on your suggestion.

Furthermore, upon submitting the order, the customer acknowledges that CGcostume is not responsible for any incorrect measurements provided. Any exchanges or returns will be made at the complete discretion of CGcostume. All sales are final.

Prices for products offered via CGcostume may change at any time, and we do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. If a product becomes unavailable after a transaction or if technical issues prevent product delivery, the customer is eligible for a refund in the form of store credit before the product is shipped.

If you wish to modify any part of the csotume post-purchase, we provides a free service to help you achieve your desired customization. However, please be aware that the round trip freight costs are the sole responsibility of the buyers.
